Amber is the founder of Zenna Alchemy. She offers sound-based, energy-informed, and embodied practices rooted in nervous system care, rest, and sustainable self-connection.

Her work is shaped by years of experience in sound healing, Reiki-informed energy work, restorative and subtle movement practices, and a deep respect for the body’s natural rhythms. Amber creates spaces that invite slowing down, listening inward, and building a relationship with rest that is steady and supportive over time.

Amber’s approach blends education, embodiment, and presence. She is particularly drawn to working with people who are sensitive, creative, and deeply feeling, and who are ready to shift from pushing or fixing themselves into a more regulated, self-referenced way of living.

At the heart of her work is the belief that healing and creativity emerge most naturally when the nervous system feels safe, supported, and unhurried. Whether through community sound baths, private sessions, or small group containers, Amber offers experiences that are intentionally held, spacious, and grounded in care.

Zenna Alchemy is based in Castle Rock, Colorado, and continues to evolve as a reflection of Amber’s commitment to integrity, sustainability, and presence in both life and work.
