Founder
Amber LaRusso is a founder and facilitator devoted to supporting nervous system recalibration and embodied clarity for individuals navigating leadership roles, transition, and identity shifts.
Long before she had language for nervous system regulation, Amber was the one others instinctively turned toward. Quietly attuned and deeply present, she developed an early sensitivity to the subtle shifts happening beneath the surface of conversations and relationships. Over time, that sensitivity evolved from self-sacrifice into skill- a capacity to listen without absorbing, to guide without overriding, and to hold space without performing.
Over more than a decade of client work, she has supported leaders, creatives, and parents who are
high-functioning outwardly yet feel untethered internally, refining the methodology that now anchors ZENNA. Many arrive with self-care practices already in place, yet still carrying a current of strain that traditional approaches have not resolved. Amber’s work meets them below the surface, where clarity is not extracted but restored.
Her background includes over twelve years of yoga instruction, Master-level Reiki training, Certified Vibrational Sound Therapy practice, Human Design insight, and Advanced Somatic education. This foundation has been refined through extensive one-to-one client work where nuance matters and listening leads.
Amber’s approach is neither therapy nor performance coaching. It is a structured, intuitive methodology rooted in nervous system literacy and embodied intelligence. Sessions are held in private, non-performative environments where those accustomed to leading and producing can step out of output mode and return to internal coherence.
Her philosophy is simple: clarity is not something we manufacture. It is something we regain access to when the body feels safe. When regulation is restored, discernment returns. Decisions sharpen. Creative vitality becomes available again not as effort, but as natural expression.
This work is informed not only by training, but by lived recalibration. There have been seasons when Amber herself set down visible momentum in order to restore alignment beneath the surface. In doing so, she reclaimed the steady internal authority that guides sustainable leadership. That commitment to integration shapes how she holds others through their own inflection points.
At ZENNA, this work serves individuals navigating meaningful change through private Alchemy Sessions and curated group experiences held with attuned presence.
