We’ll begin with gentle practices from Eden Energy Medicine to awaken and balance your body’s energy systems.Then, settle into Restorative Yoga postures—fully supported and deeply relaxing—while you’re immersed in the healing vibrations of a live Sound Bath. The combination of stillness, sound, and energetic support invites your body and spirit into a profound state of rest and renewal.
