Begin your week with presence and purpose. Sunday Morning Alchemy is a practice blending gentle movement, mantra, and breath work to shift your energy, clear the noise, and open space for your inner guidance to surface.
Each session invites you into a field of co-creation. Together, we invite a state of flow and clarity, awakening and amplifying the creative current ready to express through you.
We'll be meeting in person at Teaology in Castle Rock- 333 Third Street, Castle Rock, CO.
