SESSION OFFERINGS
All sessions will be tailored to your needs. You may select a session from those listed or we can craft a session incorporating any of the elements below.
VIBRATIONAL SOUND THERAPY
This individualized sound experience involves therapeutically designed Himalayan singing bowls placed on the body inviting you into a deeply relaxing restorative state.
SOUND BATH MEDITATION
Immerse yourself in a truly special experience of singing bowls, chimes and other vibrational instruments of healing. Be prepared to relax deeply as your body, heart and mind drink in the sounds, transforming an ordinary day into an exceptional one.
Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. Reiki aids in healing by helping people become energetically balanced — physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra, or “Yogic Sleep,” is a form of guided meditation that involves deep breathing and reflection to promote a harmonious connection between body and mind. Because this meditative practice allows the mind and body to rest while the consciousness is awake, it's often associated with promoting deep sleep.
